Villa Ripa dei Carrai is an elegant apartment occupying the lower floor of a seafront villa, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in the beautiful area of Madonna delle Grazie, just a few minutes from the centre of Capoliveri. The property enjoys stunning panoramic views over the Gulf of Stella and spectacular sunsets over the sea.

The apartment features a private entrance, a spacious private garden and a panoramic covered terrace, offering a peaceful and secluded setting, ideal for families seeking relaxation and privacy.

The spacious and welcoming interiors can accommodate up to 6 guests and include three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a bright living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Outside, the large covered terrace, furnished with a dining table and a comfortable lounge area, overlooks the private garden and offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Stella. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the outdoor spaces are perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing throughout the day and enjoying spectacular sunsets over the sea. At the rear of the property, guests will also find a private barbecue area, while an outdoor shower provides additional convenience.

One of the property’s most distinctive features is its exclusive access to the sea, reserved solely for guests staying in the apartment. A path with steps leads directly from the garden down to a picturesque rocky shoreline washed by crystal-clear waters, allowing guests to reach the sea without leaving the property and enjoy a particularly secluded stretch of coastline.

The apartment also features air conditioning, a washing machine and a private parking space.

The charming centre of Capoliveri, with its picturesque streets, restaurants, shops and bars, is just a few minutes away by car, as are the other beautiful beaches along the island’s southern coast.

Important information: The villa is divided into two independent residential units. The apartment on the upper floor is rented separately and has its own entrance directly from the parking area. The covered terrace, front garden, rear outdoor area and access to the sea are reserved exclusively for guests staying in the lower-floor apartment, with no shared outdoor spaces with the upper unit.

Access to the sea is via a steep staircase over rocky terrain, leading directly to the rocks rather than a sandy beach. The path is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for children without adult supervision.
