This unique property with private pool is surrounded by a 15,000 sqm park filled with flowers, Mediterranean plants and aromatic herbs that perfume the air. The access road is an unpaved track of approximately 400 meters (about 2 minutes by car), suitable for most vehicles but not recommended for particularly low or sporty cars.

Guests are welcomed by a blooming garden with parking space for up to 8 cars. The villa is spread over two floors and features, on the ground floor, a sea-view living room, a spacious dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Upstairs, the main sleeping area offers three additional double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms feature terraces with breathtaking panoramic views over Elba Island and the Gulf of Bagnaia.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. The 5 main bedrooms are located within the central part of the property, while the sixth bedroom, featuring two single beds and a private en-suite bathroom, is located in a separate area of the villa and accessed through the laundry/gym area.

Please note that this bedroom is not internally connected to the main sleeping area, does not have air conditioning, and offers a simpler standard compared to the other bedrooms of the property. For this reason, it may be an ideal solution for teenagers, friends, staff members, or guests seeking greater independence, while it may be less suitable for guests expecting the same comfort level as the main suites.

The kitchen and living area open onto a charming enclosed inner garden featuring a sea-view aperitif area and a dining table suitable for 10 guests, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue area and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. At sunset, the surrounding landscape transforms into a spectacular display of colors, creating unforgettable moments of relaxation and romance. A few steps below, guests will find a gym area equipped for bodyweight training with private bathroom facilities, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The private swimming pool (11x5m) is located approximately 70 meters from the villa and can be reached via a staircase of 44 steps surrounded by cork trees, pine trees and holm oaks. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a bathroom. Its secluded position guarantees maximum privacy.

Pets are allowed with an additional fee; please note that the property is not entirely fenced.

The location is exceptional: just a 10-minute drive from Capoliveri, Lacona, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio, making it the perfect base to explore the island. Depending on the wind, guests can always choose the cleanest sea and the most scenic beaches. Nearby beaches include Schiopparello (nature beach) at 2.5 km, Lido di Capoliveri (sandy beach) at 5 km, Lacona (sandy beach) at 8 km, the Sailing School in Magazzini at 3.5 km and Le Grotte beach at 3 km.

Strategically located along the Grande Traversata Elbana (GTE), the island’s most famous hiking trail, Locus Solus is the ideal starting point for exploring numerous routes on foot, horseback or mountain bike. Whether you are passionate about trekking, horseback riding or cycling adventures, the villa offers privileged access to some of Elba’s most beautiful trails.

The property is located less than 2 km from Acquabona Golf Club and, for horse lovers, there is also the possibility to rent 10 horse boxes located directly next to the entrance gate.
